God Save The Queen
I at one time considered myself a bit of a "Mod", whatever that meant to me at the time. I loved British Rock from the early 60's, Ben Sherman dress shirts, vintage Korean War Parkas, etc. This picture of Kate Moss caught my eye. Its by Craig McDean who is a British fashion photographer originally from Middlewich near Manchester, but now based in New York City.

i got to work with him this summer! he has quite the strut.

yeah, i actually got to work with him a few times while was at interview magazine. it was so crazy to see the images instantly appear on the digital ... thing (mind blank) and already look totally finished before photoshop or anything. he may not have a definitive style, but his ability to churn out consistently beautiful and technically perfect images is really amazing.
